Title: No Novocain Rocks!! What I Think: This song grooves during the verses and rocks during the chorus! Makes me wanna hear more songs! Keep an eye out for Roister, coming soon. Extra Credit Items: The chorus definitely gives the song a different vibe. The snare drum is different and cool. The singer kicks ass, good variation of voice. Sounds good for a demo. What I Think: this is a really good taste of a next generation of ska/party/beach music. i dig it.. i totally dig the snare drum sound. my biggest gripe would be that the picture is completely disjoint from the music. they seem to be two different bands. the press photo should be more in tune with the band's sound. Three-chord rock. Voice needs work...not much vocal range going on here...kinda guttural, throaty, grunts and utters. Lyrics need some work...we get the point the song stresses "No Novacain" but it's a little too much...you can try to develop a pre-chorus before the "No Novacain(s)". Extra Credit Items: Upbeatness. What I Think: I honestly don't think the song is very good. Singer has a good voice but needs to sing with his real voice. Drums need to loosen up. Rethink the instrumention. Try singing no novocain a few less times. Sonically the song isn't too bad. A decent quality demo. Title: not bad What I Think: pretty cool song. personally, i thought the opening of the song was too predictable. for some reason, i knew the drums would come in the way they did, and i had the feeling i knew what was going to happen next. Extra Credit Items: i liked the little guitar melodies floating around the song in the chorus,...catchy. i'm a big fan of huge sounding drums, so personally i thought the drum sounds were a bit weak, however the mix was decent. overal a good song. good job guys!!
